Individual Workshops

Supplementary to our trainings and services offerings we provide you the opportunity to perform individual workshops. Objective of these workshops will be the inventory of the current status and the requirements of your company and to build a common conception for the concrete implementation with Optio software solutions.

Workshop Contents

The workshops will be conducted in your house. Schedule and duration will be defined by you. Participants should be the representatives of your concerned departments, your project team staff / lead as well as the project members and lead of SynOptio GmbH. The best fundamental of a common project planning would be the availability of Statements of Work or Requirement Profiles of the departments and/or the company management. The survey of current status and objectives closes with a common agreed implementation document and project plan.
As and when required the workshops may cover single (start-/partial-)projects or the complete planning of your whole document management project. On demand we assist you by elaboration of a Statement of Work and with other services like trainings and project management.
